Vi på Arise AB hanterar vår employer branding- och rekryteringsprocess genom vår karriärsida (”Karriärsidan”), och genom att använda ett relaterat system för hantering av ansökningar.
I denna integritetspolicy förklarar vi hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter om:
- Du besöker vår Karriärsida (du som ”Besökare”)
- Du ansluter dig till oss via vår Karriärsida, skapar en profil hos oss och får information om aktuella eller framtida lediga tjänster hos oss (du som ”Connectad Kandidat”)
- Du ansöker om en tjänst hos oss, via vår Karriärsida eller en tredjepartstjänst (du som ”Ansökande Kandidat”)
- Vi samlar in uppgifter om dig från andra parter, webbplatser och tjänster, eftersom vi anser att din profil är av intresse för våra nuvarande eller framtida lediga tjänster (du som ”Sourcad Kandidat”)
- Vi får information om dig från våra anställda eller partners, eftersom de anser att din profil är av intresse för våra nuvarande eller framtida lediga tjänster (du som ”Rekommenderad Kandidat”)
- Vi får information om dig från en Kandidat, som listar dig som sin referens (du som ”Referens”).
Denna integritetspolicy beskriver också vilka rättigheter du har när vi behandlar dina personuppgifter, och hur du kan utöva dessa rättigheter.
När vi använder termen ”Kandidat” i denna integritetspolicy, syftar vi på var och en av Connectade Kandidater, Ansökande Kandidater, Sourcade Kandidater och Rekommenderade Kandidater, om inte annat anges.
1. Om behandling av personuppgifter
De personuppgifter som samlas in och behandlas via våra karriärsidor kommer endast att vara tillgängliga för utvalda Arise-anställda eller externa rekryterare som valts av Arise, och enbart för rekryteringsändamål.
Personuppgifter är alla uppgifter som kan kopplas direkt eller indirekt till en fysisk person. Exempel på personuppgifter är: namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer och IP-adress. Behandling av personuppgifter är all användning av personuppgifter – såsom insamling, skapande, analys, delning och radering av personuppgifter.
Det finns lagar och regler om hur företag får behandla personuppgifter, så kallade dataskyddslagar. Olika dataskyddslagar gäller för olika typer av användning av personuppgifter, och i olika delar av världen. Ett exempel på en dataskyddslag som är relevant för vår användning av dina personuppgifter, som beskrivs i denna integritetspolicy, är EU:s dataskyddsförordning (2016/679, ”GDPR”).
De flesta skyldigheter enligt GDPR gäller för den så kallade personuppgiftsansvarige. En personuppgiftsansvarig är den enhet som beslutar för vilka ändamål personuppgifter ska behandlas, och hur behandlingen ska utföras. Den personuppgiftsansvarige kan använda ett så kallat personuppgiftsbiträde. Ett personuppgiftsbiträde är en enhet som endast får behandla personuppgifter enligt anvisningar från den personuppgiftsansvarige och får inte använda personuppgifterna för sina egna ändamål. Vi är personuppgiftsansvariga när vi behandlar dina personuppgifter enligt denna integritetspolicy.
2. Vilka personuppgifter behandlar vi?
Samtliga personer
- Enhetsinformation - Om du besöker vår Karriärsida, samlar vi in uppgifter om din enhet, såsom IP-adress, webbläsartyp och version, sessionbeteende, trafikkälla, skärmupplösning, föredraget språk, geografisk plats, operativsystem och enhetsinställningar/användning.
- Tekniska och statistiska data - Om du besöker vår Karriärsida, samlar vi in tekniska och statistiska data om din användning av webbplatsen, såsom information om vilka URL:er du besöker, och din aktivitet på webbplatsen.
- Kommunikationsdata - Vi kommer att samla in och lagra din kommunikation med oss, inklusive informationen du lämnat i kommunikationen. Detta kan inkludera innehållet i e-postmeddelanden, videoinspelningar, meddelanden på sociala medier, informationen du lägger till i ditt konto hos oss, undersökningar, osv.
- Kontaktuppgifter - Såsom ditt namn, e-postadress, telefonnummer och fysisk adress.
Kandidater
- Data från intervjuer, bedömningar och annan information från rekryteringsprocessen - Såsom anteckningar från intervjuer med dig, bedömningar och tester som gjorts, lönekrav.
- Information i din ansökan - Såsom ditt CV, personligt brev, arbetsprover, referenser, rekommendationsbrev och utbildning.
- Information i din offentliga profil - Vilket innebär informationen vi samlar in om dig från offentliga källor relaterade till din professionella erfarenhet, såsom LinkedIn eller webbplatsen för din nuvarande arbetsgivare.
- Information som tillhandahålls av referenser - Vilket innebär informationen vi får från våra anställda eller partners som hänvisar dig till oss, eller från personer som du har listat som dina referenser.
3. Var får vi dina personuppgifter ifrån?
Samtliga personer
- Från Karriärsidan. Om du besöker vår Karriärsida samlar vi in teknisk och statistisk information om hur du använder Karriärsidan, och information från din enhet.
- Direkt från dig. De flesta av de uppgifter vi behandlar om dig får vi direkt från dig, till exempel när du ansöker om en tjänst hos oss eller ansluter dig till oss. Du kan alltid välja att inte lämna vissa uppgifter. Vissa personuppgifter är dock nödvändiga för att vi ska kunna behandla din ansökan eller ge dig den information du begär att få från oss.
Referenser
- Från personen för vilken du är referens. Om en Kandidat listar dig som deras referens, kommer vi att samla in dina kontaktuppgifter från kandidaten för att kunna kontakta dig.
Kandidater
- Från offentliga källor. Vi kan samla in personuppgifter om dig från offentliga källor, såsom LinkedIn eller webbplatsen för din nuvarande arbetsgivare.
- Från våra referenser. Vi kan få information om dig från våra anställda eller partners (såsom rekryteringstjänstleverantörer), när de anser att din profil är av intresse för våra nuvarande eller framtida lediga platser.
- Från dina referenser. Om du ger oss referenser kan vi samla in uppgifter om dig från dem.
- Data vi skapar själva eller i samarbete med dig. Uppgifter om din ansökan och profil skapas vanligtvis av oss, eller av oss i samarbete med dig, under rekryteringsprocessen. Detta kan till exempel inkludera anteckningar från intervjuer med dig, bedömningar och tester som gjorts.
4. För vilka ändamål behandlar vi personuppgifter?
Skydda och upprätthålla våra rättigheter, intressen och andras intressen, till exempel i samband med rättsliga anspråk.

5. Vem delar vi dina personuppgifter med?
Våra tjänsteleverantörer. Vi delar dina personuppgifter med våra leverantörer som tillhandahåller tjänster och funktioner i vår employer branding- och rekryteringsprocess. Detta omfattar till exempel leverantörer av rekryteringstjänster och leverantören av vår Karriärsida och tillhörande spårningssystem för kandidater.
Våra koncernbolag. Vi delar dina personuppgifter med våra koncernbolag när de tillhandahåller oss tjänster och funktioner till vår arbetsgivares employer branding- och rekryteringsprocess, som till exempel åtkomst till särskilda system och programvara.
Företag som tillhandahåller cookies på Karriärsidan. Om du samtycker till det, placeras cookies av andra företag än oss, som kommer att använda data som samlas in av dessa cookies i enlighet med sin egen integritetspolicy. Du hittar information om vilka cookies detta gäller i vår Cookiepolicy.
Till myndigheter och andra offentliga aktörer – när vi får order om det. Vi kommer att dela dina personuppgifter med myndigheter och andra offentliga aktörer när vi har en rättslig skyldighet att göra det.
Till parter involverade i rättsliga förfaranden. Om det behövs för att skydda eller försvara våra rättigheter delar vi dina personuppgifter med offentliga myndigheter eller med andra parter som är involverade i ett potentiellt eller befintligt rättsligt förfarande. Detta kan till exempel vara vid yrkanden om diskriminering.
Sammanslagningar och förvärv osv. I samband med en potentiell sammanslagning, försäljning av företagets tillgångar, finansiering eller förvärv av hela eller delar av vår verksamhet till ett annat företag, kan vi dela dina personuppgifter till andra parter som är involverade i processen.
6. På vilken rättslig grund behandlar vi dina personuppgifter?
För att kunna behandla dina personuppgifter behöver vi ha en så kallad rättslig grund. En rättslig grund är ett skäl för att behandla personuppgifterna som är motiverat enligt GDPR.
När vi behandlar dina personuppgifter för de ändamål som beskrivs i denna integritetspolicy är den rättsliga grunden som vi förlitar oss på normalt att behandlingen krävs för vårt berättigade intresse att kunna rekrytera talanger med den för oss relevanta kompetensen. Vi har kommit fram till att vi har ett berättigat intresse av att kunna utföra behandlingen av personuppgifter för detta ändamål, att behandlingen är nödvändig för att uppnå detta ändamål, och att vårt intresse väger tyngre än din rätt att inte få dina uppgifter behandlade för detta ändamål.

Det kan föreligga särskilda omständigheter när behandlingen endast utförs om och när du tillhandahåller ditt samtycke till behandlingen. Detta är till exempel fallet om vi föreslår att spela in en intervju med dig. Se Avsnitt 9 nedan för mer information om din rätt att återkalla ditt samtycke.
7. När överför vi dina personuppgifter utanför EU/EES och hur skyddar vi dem då?
Vi strävar alltid efter att behandla dina personuppgifter inom EU/EES-området.
Vissa av våra tjänsteleverantörer behandlar dock dina personuppgifter utanför EU/EES. Vi använder även leverantörer vars moderbolag, eller vars underleverantörs moderbolag, är baserat utanför EU/EES. I dessa fall har vi tagit hänsyn till risken att personuppgifterna kan komma att lämnas ut till länder utanför EU/EES, till exempel på grund av en myndighetsbegäran.
I de fall en annan mottagare av dina personuppgifter (enligt Avsnitt 5 ovan) är baserad utanför EU/EES, innebär detta också att dina personuppgifter överförs utanför EU/EES.
När vi, eller en av våra leverantörer, överför dina personuppgifter utanför EU/EES, kommer vi att säkerställa att ett skydd som erkänns av GDPR används för att möjliggöra överföringen. Vi använder följande skyddsåtgärder:
När dina personuppgifter överförs utanför EU/EES implementerar vi även lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska skyddsåtgärder för att skydda personuppgifterna i händelse av ett avslöjande. Exakt vilka skyddsåtgärder vi implementerar beror på vad som är tekniskt genomförbart och tillräckligt effektivt för den aktuella överföringen.

8. Hur länge sparar vi dina personuppgifter?
Alla personer
Om vi behandlar dina personuppgifter i syfte att kunna skydda och upprätthålla våra rättigheter, sparar vi personuppgifterna tills den relevanta juridiska frågan har lösts fullständigt och slutgiltigt (max 36 månader).
Besökare
Vi sparar dina personuppgifter i ett (1) år av säkerhetsskäl. Lagringstiderna för cookies anges i vår Cookiepolicy. Vi sparar dina personuppgifter för att analysera Karriärsidans prestanda så länge vi sparar personuppgifter om dig för andra ändamål.
Kandidater
Om du är en Connectad Kandidat (endast), sparar vi dina personuppgifter så länge du är connectad med oss.
För andra typer av Kandidater sparar vi dina personuppgifter för att avgöra om du är en lämplig kandidat för den/de relevanta lediga tjänsterna hos oss.
Om du inte går vidare från den inledande rekryteringsprocessen behåller vi dina personuppgifter så länge det behövs för att överväga, och eventuellt kontakta dig, för relevanta framtida lediga jobb.
Om du anställs kommer vi att spara dina personuppgifter under din anställning, för andra ändamål än de som anges ovan, vilket du kommer att informeras om.
Referenser
Vi behåller dina personuppgifter så länge som vi behåller personuppgifterna för den Kandidat som du agerade som referens för.
9. Vilka rättigheter har du och hur kan du utöva dem?
I det här avsnittet hittar du information om vilka rättigheter du har när vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Som beskrivs nedan träder en del av rättigheterna endast i kraft när vi behandlar dina personuppgifter på en viss rättslig grund.

Rätt att få information
Du har rätt att få information om hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Du har också rätt att bli informerad om vi planerar att behandla dina personuppgifter för något annat ändamål än det för vilket de ursprungligen samlades in.
Vi förser dig med sådan information genom denna integritetspolicy, genom uppdateringar på vår Karriärsida (se även Avsnitt 11 nedan) och genom att svara på alla frågor du kan ha till oss.
Rätt att få åtkomst till dina personuppgifter.
Du har rätt att få veta om vi behandlar personuppgifter om dig och att få en kopia av de uppgifter vi behandlar om dig. I samband med att du får kopian av dina uppgifter får du även information om hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter.
Rätt till åtkomst och att begära överföring av dina personuppgifter till en annan mottagare (”dataportabilitet”).
Du kan begära en kopia av de personuppgifter som rör dig som vi behandlar för att fullgöra ett avtal med dig, eller baserat på ditt samtycke, i ett strukturerat, vanligt förekommande, maskinläsbart format. Detta gör att du kan använda dessa uppgifter någon annanstans, till exempel för att överföra dem till en annan mottagare. Om det är tekniskt genomförbart har du också rätt att begära att vi överför dina uppgifter direkt till en annan mottagare.
Rätt att få dina personuppgifter raderade (”rätt att bli glömd”).
I vissa fall har du rätt att få oss att radera dina personuppgifter. Detta är till exempel fallet om det inte längre är nödvändigt för oss att behandla uppgifterna för det ändamål för vilket vi samlade in dem, om du återkallar ditt samtycke, om du har invänt mot behandlingen och det inte finns några rättsliga, tvingande skäl för behandlingen. (För separat rätt att invända, se nedan.)
Rätt att invända mot vår behandling av dina personuppgifter.
Du har rätt att invända mot behandling av dina personuppgifter som är baserad på vårt berättigade intresse, genom att hänvisa till dina personliga omständigheter.
Rätt att begränsa behandling.
Om du anser att de personuppgifter vi behandlar om dig är felaktiga, att vår behandling är olaglig eller att vi inte behöver informationen för ett specifikt ändamål, har du rätt att begära att vi begränsar behandlingen av sådana personuppgifter. Om du invänder mot vår behandling, som beskrivs ovan, kan du också begära att vi begränsar behandlingen av dessa personuppgifter medan vi gör vår bedömning av din begäran.
När vår behandling av dina personuppgifter är begränsad kommer vi (med undantag för lagring) endast att behandla uppgifterna med ditt samtycke eller för att fastställa, utöva eller försvara rättsliga anspråk, för att skydda rättigheterna för en annan fysisk eller juridisk person, eller av skäl som hänför sig till ett viktigt allmänintresse.
Rätt till rättelse.
Du har rätt att begära att vi korrigerar felaktiga uppgifter och att vi kompletterar uppgifter om dig som du anser vara ofullständiga.
Rätt att dra tillbaka samtycke.
När vi behandlar dina personuppgifter baserat på ditt samtycke har du rätt att när som helst återkalla det samtycket. Om du gör det kommer vi att sluta behandla dina uppgifter för de ändamål som du har återkallat ditt samtycke för. Det påverkar dock inte lagenligheten av behandlingen som baserades på ditt samtycke innan den drogs tillbaka.
Rätt att framföra klagomål.
Om du har klagomål på vår behandling av dina personuppgifter kan du göra ett klagomål till dataskyddsmyndigheten i Sweden. Du hittar deras kontatuppgifter här.
Du kan också lämna in ett klagomål till din nationella dataskyddsmyndighet, som du hittar i listan här om du är baserad i EU. Om du är baserad i Storbritannien kan du lämna in ett klagomål till Information Commissioner's Office, här.

Vi uppdaterar denna integritetspolicy vid behov – till exempel för att vi börjar behandla dina personuppgifter på ett nytt sätt, för att vi vill göra informationen ännu tydligare för dig, eller om det är nödvändigt för att följa gällande dataskyddslagar.
Lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska säkerhetsåtgärder vidtas och upprätthålls för att skydda personuppgifter mot oavsiktlig, olaglig eller obehörig åtkomst, användning, avslöjande, förändring, förstörelse eller förlust av personuppgifter.
Eventuella ändringar som görs i vår integritetspolicy kommer att publiceras på denna sida och vi uppmanar dig att regelbundet kontrollera denna sida för eventuella ändringar. Du kan alltid kontrollera högst upp på denna sida för att se när denna integritetspolicy senast uppdaterades.

Thank you for your interest in Arise and our career opportunities. Protecting your privacy and personal data is important to us. Please note that this privacy policy only applies to our career pages.
At Arise AB, we manage our employer branding and recruitment process through our career site (the “Career Site”), and by using a related application management system.
In this privacy policy, we explain how we process your personal data if:
- You visit our Career Site (you as a “Visitor”)
- You connect with us via our Career Site, create a profile with us, and receive information about current or future vacancies with us (you as a “Connected Candidate”)
- You apply for a position with us, via our Career Site or a third-party service (you as an “Applying Candidate”)
- We collect information about you from other parties, websites, and services because we believe your profile is of interest for our current or future vacancies (you as a “Sourced Candidate”)
- We receive information about you from our employees or partners because they believe your profile is of interest for our current or future vacancies (you as a “Recommended Candidate”)
- We receive information about you from a Candidate who lists you as their reference (you as a “Reference”).
This privacy policy also describes your rights when we process your personal data, and how you can exercise those rights.
When we use the term “Candidate” in this privacy policy, we mean any of Connected Candidates, Applying Candidates, Sourced Candidates, and Recommended Candidates, unless otherwise stated.
1. About the processing of personal data
The personal data collected and processed via our career pages will only be available to selected Arise employees or external recruiters chosen by Arise, and solely for recruitment purposes.
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person. Examples of personal data include: name, email address, telephone number, and IP address. Processing of personal data is any use of personal data – such as collecting, creating, analysing, sharing, and deleting personal data.
There are laws and regulations governing how companies may process personal data, known as data protection laws. Different data protection laws apply to different types of personal data usage, and in different parts of the world. An example of a data protection law relevant to our use of your personal data, as described in this privacy policy, is the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, “GDPR”).
Most obligations under the GDPR apply to the so-called “data controller.” A data controller is the entity that decides for which purposes personal data will be processed and how the processing will be carried out. The data controller can use a so-called “data processor.” A data processor is an entity that may only process personal data according to the data controller’s instructions and may not use the personal data for its own purposes. We are the data controller when we process your personal data under this privacy policy.
2. What personal data do we process?
All individuals
• Device information – If you visit our Career Site, we collect data about your device, such as IP address, browser type and version, session behaviour, traffic source, screen resolution, preferred language, geographic location, operating system, and device settings/usage.
• Technical and statistical data – If you visit our Career Site, we collect technical and statistical data about your use of the site, such as information about which URLs you visit and your activity on the site.
• Communication data – We will collect and store your communication with us, including the information you provide in such communication. This may include the content of emails, video recordings, social media messages, the information you add to your account with us, surveys, etc.
• Contact details – Such as your name, email address, telephone number, and physical address.
Candidates
• Data from interviews, assessments, and other recruitment process information – Such as interview notes, assessments and tests carried out, salary requirements.
• Information in your application – Such as your CV, cover letter, work samples, references, recommendation letters, and education.
• Information in your public profile – Meaning information we collect about you from public sources related to your professional experience, such as LinkedIn or the website of your current employer.
• Information provided by references – Meaning information we receive from our employees or partners who refer you to us, or from people you have listed as your references.
3. Where do we get your personal data from?
All individuals
• From the Career Site. If you visit our Career Site, we collect technical and statistical information about how you use the Career Site, and information from your device.
• Directly from you. Most of the data we process about you comes directly from you, for example when you apply for a job with us or connect with us. You can always choose not to provide certain information. However, some personal data is necessary for us to process your application or provide you with the information you request from us.
References
• From the person for whom you are a reference. If a Candidate lists you as their reference, we will collect your contact details from the candidate in order to contact you.
Candidates
• From public sources. We may collect personal data about you from public sources, such as LinkedIn or the website of your current employer.
• From our references. We may receive information about you from our employees or partners (such as recruitment service providers), when they believe your profile is of interest for our current or future vacancies.
• From your references. If you provide us with references, we may collect information about you from them.

5. Who do we share your personal data with?
Our service providers. We share your personal data with our suppliers who provide services and functions in our employer branding and recruitment process. This includes, for example, recruitment service providers and the supplier of our Career Site and associated applicant tracking system.
Our group companies. We share your personal data with our group companies when they provide us with services and functions for our employer branding and recruitment process, such as access to specific systems and software.
Companies providing cookies on the Career Site. If you consent, cookies are placed by companies other than us, which will use the data collected by these cookies in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can find information about which cookies this applies to in our Cookie Policy.
To authorities and other public bodies – when we are ordered to do so. We will share your personal data with authorities and other public bodies when we have a legal obligation to do so.
To parties involved in legal proceedings. If necessary to protect or defend our rights, we share your personal data with public authorities or other parties involved in a potential or existing legal proceeding. This may be, for example, in cases of discrimination claims.
Mergers and acquisitions, etc. In connection with a potential merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business by another company, we may share your personal data with other parties involved in the process.
6. On what legal basis do we process your personal data?
To be able to process your personal data, we need a so-called legal basis. A legal basis is a reason for processing personal data that is justified under the GDPR.
When we process your personal data for the purposes described in this privacy policy, the legal basis we normally rely on is that the processing is required for our legitimate interest in recruiting talent with relevant competence for us. We have determined that we have a legitimate interest in carrying out the processing of personal data for this purpose, that the processing is necessary to achieve this purpose, and that our interest outweighs your right not to have your data processed for this purpose.

There may be specific circumstances where the processing is only carried out if and when you provide your consent to the processing. This is, for example, the case if we propose to record an interview with you. See Section 9 below for more information about your right to withdraw your consent.
7. When do we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA and how do we protect it?
We always strive to process your personal data within the EU/EEA.
However, some of our service providers process your personal data outside the EU/EEA. We also use suppliers whose parent company, or whose subcontractor’s parent company, is based outside the EU/EEA. In these cases, we have taken into account the risk that personal data may be disclosed to countries outside the EU/EEA, for example due to a request from an authority.
In cases where another recipient of your personal data (according to Section 5 above) is based outside the EU/EEA, this also means that your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
When we, or one of our suppliers, transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure that a safeguard recognised by the GDPR is used to enable the transfer. We use the following safeguards:
• An EU Commission decision that the country outside the EU/EEA to which your personal data is transferred has an adequate level of protection, equivalent to the level of protection provided by the GDPR. We particularly rely on the EU Commission’s adequacy decision for the USA via the so-called EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and adequacy decisions for the United Kingdom.
• Entering into the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses with the recipient of the personal data outside the EU/EEA. This means that the recipient guarantees that the level of protection for your personal data provided by the GDPR still applies and that your rights are still protected.
When your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we also implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the personal data in the event of a disclosure. Exactly which safeguards we implement depends on what is technically feasible and sufficiently effective for the specific transfer.

8. How long do we retain your personal data?
All individuals
If we process your personal data in order to protect and maintain our rights, we store the personal data until the relevant legal matter has been fully and finally resolved (maximum 36 months).
Visitors
We store your personal data for one (1) year for security reasons. The storage periods for cookies are stated in our Cookie Policy. We store your personal data to analyse the Career Site’s performance for as long as we store your personal data for other purposes.
Candidates
If you are a Connected Candidate (only), we retain your personal data for as long as you are connected with us.
For other types of Candidates, we retain your personal data to determine whether you are a suitable candidate for the relevant vacancy or vacancies with us.
If you do not proceed from the initial recruitment process, we keep your personal data for as long as needed to consider, and possibly contact you, for relevant future vacancies.
If you are hired, we will retain your personal data during your employment, for purposes other than those stated above, which you will be informed about.

We retain your personal data for as long as we retain the personal data for the Candidate for whom you acted as a reference.
9. What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?
In this section you will find information about your rights when we process your personal data. As described below, some of the rights only apply when we process your personal data on a specific legal basis.

Right to information – You have the right to be informed about how we process your personal data, and if we plan to process it for a different purpose than the one for which it was originally collected.
Right of access – You have the right to know if we process personal data about you and to receive a copy of the data we process about you, along with information on how we process it.
Right to data portability – You can request a copy of the personal data concerning you that we process to fulfil a contract with you or based on your consent, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and you can request that we transfer it directly to another recipient where technically feasible.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – In certain cases, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
Right to object – You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest, by referring to your personal circumstances.
Right to restriction – If you believe the personal data we process about you is incorrect, unlawful, or no longer needed for a specific purpose, you can request that we restrict the processing. You may also request restriction while we evaluate an objection you have raised.
Right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate data and complete data you consider incomplete.
Right to withdraw consent – Where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint – If you have complaints about our processing of your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in Sweden link.
